Traveling Structural Welder

About the Role:
Traveling Structural Welder and take your skills on the road! In this role, you will work on diverse projects across various locations while delivering high-quality welding services.
Responsibilities:
- Weld metal structural components together.
- Perform related tasks such as cutting and grinding.
- Work with erection team to complete the assigned tasks.
- Position and clamp together components prior to welding.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in welding.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stick weld
- Must have AWS CERTS.
- Must be willing to work outside craft.
- Must wear safety gear, including protective goggles, masks, face shields, safety harness, and safety shoes.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand direction from supervisor.
- Must be able to utilize basic math and read a tape measure.
- May be required to work outside and be subject to severe weather.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively.
- Must have a clean background, be able to pass drug test.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
